Great co-workers. Nice office. So-so location.

Cons

No advancement opps. Weak leadership. Very little time off.

Pros

Friendly co-workers are the only thing that made each day tolerable.

Cons

Too many to list but main con was a serious lack of care for employees and company morale as a whole from executive level.

Pros

I love working at Avanquest. I can't speak for all areas of the company, but on the PlanetArt team I find my co-workers to be a lot of fun and I love that everyone is really invested in the business. Management is very flexible and reasonable and they treat employees with respect.

Cons

I don't love the cubicles.
