I've been incredibly impressed with the training and support provided. My manager and director have been consistently supportive and encouraging, regularly checking in on my workload and creating a psychologically safe environment where making mistakes is part of the learning process. They’re also very transparent, taking the time to explain the 'why' behind decisions, which has been invaluable for my understanding and growth. I’m excited about the continuous learning and development opportunities here and feel truly supported in my role.
