Management from top down has no clue. I had 4 supervisors in 8 months. None gave mentorship or even had the skill set to manage me. Projects that I told my manager were missing the goal but insisted they were the right path. Always ended up shelving due to the fact that the projects missed the mark or were not want senior management was looking for. Their solution to problems seems to be throwing money at just hiring unnecessary amounts of additional staff. I doubt they will be able to make payroll in the near future. They always seem to want to grow as fast as possible but there are so many structural issues (especially with data) that the issue is it’s very unrealistic to scale….CLEAN YOUR FREAKING DATA UP!!! Stop using excel for everything, invest in your team. They say 1000 dollars is allocated to education but every time I wanted to sharpen my skills they told me to goto YouTube. I literally hated working here because the management. They truly are idiots. The blind leasing the blind. Stay away from AvantStay. I doubt they will be around much longer.
