My experience was meant to be wide sweeping in nature as Chief of Staff. Accordingly, I could tailor my involvement and management of projects and initiatives to my personal / professional competencies and strong suits. I was given latitude to execute to the best of my abilities with the "took kit" that I brought to the firm.

Cons

As a double-edged sword, flexible broad based responsibilities can sometimes lead to less favorable job tasks that may or may not be in the scope of your role.
