Pros

A fun and friendly work environment. Management aren’t afraid to give you responsibility from the day you start but at the same time they won’t just throw you to the wolves. They are very supportive. You’ll have every tool you need to succeed. If you’re struggling with anything all you have to do is ask. There’s always someone willing and able to help.

Cons

You will have to wear many hats. It comes with the territory. Yes it comes with the territory.

You definitely learn how to succeed very quickly here! It's very true, though, that you won't just be "thrown to the wolves" -- a great thing about this company is that although time is something no one has excess of, there is an understanding that whatever you're trying to accomplish in your role is important to the success of the organization, and they will make time to give you the help you need. Fast growing company with tons of career development opportunities

Pros

Great culture and genuine people, everyone in the company is willing to lend a helping hand to get things done! Fast paced environment that facilitates non stop learning. Fantastic career development as a result of taking projects as they come and having complete ownership over them. Feedback is constructive and goes both ways! Personally I enjoy the constant change of pace. Working 100% remotely is an option & unlimited pto!

Cons

None I can think of!! Minor "cons" would be not as developed benefits as more established companies. Fast paced and constantly shifting gears, but if you're going to work at a start up you should expect that.

Pros

Really exciting time to join the company. The product and philosophy are incredible and the team works hard to keep pushing towards hyper-growth. There's plenty of opportunities to craft your roles/responsibilities and dive in on anything that you find interesting. The team is smart, creative, and super-driven. I really believe that this will be huge.

Cons

Typical start-up growing pains, knowledge management is problematic.
