AvantStay is a fast-paced startup where the sky is the limit. The company has a super supportive culture where people are encouraged to collaborate and work cross-functionally. I have always felt supported bringing new ideas forth and knowing that change can take place quickly if I am willing to put in the work. People hang out outside of work and the company is always trying to figure out new ways to engage its people. Both the company and its Leadership Team have done a pretty incredible job navigating the current unprecedented times and moving forward in innovative ways. People have gone out of their way to help out others and learn new jobs and skills in order to keep the business moving forward. I've never worked in a company before where people so readily check their egos at the door in order to accomplish work that is both above and below their title.

AvantStay is such a fun company to work at, everyone is really passionate about their work and the industry. They are disrupting the travel + hospitality industry by acting as an elevated host on a number of platforms. Was formerly an intern and was able to work my way into a full time position, so there is a lot of room for growth. The company is taking off and just raised 20 mil in funding so there is a huge track to success here! - super fun work culture - go hard mentality - has homes in 10 locations, so market visits are fun - many benefits to employees (Wellness Wednesdays, equity, healthcare, travel credits) - dog friendly office - office in a WeWork so tons of networking opportunities
