      When the guest leaves a excellent review for the service that was provided is really one of the greatest feelings because all the hard work pays off when it came to pay & hours that you wanted.

      Absolutely ANYONE is expandable in company

      - Great mentorship - Very collaborative across teams - You are given responsibility to help the company grow from Day 1 - Fun and friendly people to work with - You have enough independence in your role yet still have people to rely on for help - Business model is fantastic and will be a huge company in the hospitality industry soon

      - Because it is such a young company, you will have to wear many hats. But you can use this as an opportunity to learn

      Pros

      The basic pro's are awesome people -- everyone wants the company to be successful, so it's hard to come across someone that doesn't want to help you. There is so much to do that you're given the ownership to make things better for the company, whatever that may mean. If you notice an opportunity or a gap and you want to fix it, you have the reigns. Great company for go-getters who want a relaxed working environment that is cultivated by having trust in employees.

      Cons

      It's still a relatively young company, so the startup environment may not be for everyone. There is a lot to do, as I mentioned in the pro section, but if someone is looking to go to work, check off some boxes, and get a paycheck, then this isn't for you.
