      Pros

      I've been with AvantStay for over 1 year and can honestly say everyday is different. If you like to keep things fresh and have a new challenge everyday, this is the job for you! AvantStay has grown a lot over the past year and is becoming less of a start-up and more of a distinguished company.

      Cons

      At the end of the day, this job is being a property manager for all homes in your market and property management is a 24/7 job. But if you organize your market and team properly, you can spread that responsibility throughout the team and everyone can have their much needed time away from work.
