YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR PERMISSION TO GO TO THE BATHROOM You are micromanaged and there is no growth unless in the way they want. Senior leadership doesnt train its leaders due to they dont know how. They have very specific views and if you dont agree its considered dissent and thus youll be punished.
