      We got acquired last year but I have nothing but good to say

      Pros

      The company I worked for for 12 years got acquired last year by AvantGuard and so far its been great! I like what they are doing and I'm looking forward to working remote soon. AG is also a big company that has room to move up and they have good benefits

      Cons

      In CA we are all going remote and that will take some time to get use to, They are also a bigger company than I'm use

      Pros

      A growing company that actually cares about its employees. Very fun place to work.

      Cons

      They are strict in scheduling due to the industry that they are in. If you do what you are supposed to do, then this should not be an issue. They have a very forgiving attendance policy as long as you don't abuse it.

      Pros

      I have absolutely loved my time at AvantGaurd. I genuinely believe every employee is valued and treated as an essential part of the team. One of the coolest things about AvantGaurd is that many of its leaders begin at the level of an operator and with hard work are able to grow within the company. This contributes greatly to the fact that leadership understands how it feels adjusting to the job and does a wonderful job helping create a safe environment for everyone where growth is possible!

      Cons

      The job of an operator is not an easy one. In a lot of ways, it can be difficult, especially when new employees go through training and have to take in a significant amount of new information. If you stick with it though, it gets easier and the purpose behind why we do what we do makes it so worth it.
