      Pros

      They care about their employees and are constantly innovating. The CEO works in the office in an open seating section with the rest of their employees. There is no title restrictions to talk to other people and there is no sense of egotistical bias.

      Cons

      It is a smaller company and the development team is young. QA was just barely established in the last year which leaves a lot of room for growing pains. Bonus system is a little strange.

      Pros

      - They work around a school schedule. - There's work at home options - Working up in the company is very easy - Friendly, fun environment

      Cons

      These are just for being in operations: - Can be very tedious - Usually have to work weekends - Have to handle angry people over the phone - Not a ton of wiggle room when it comes to tardiness or missing shifts

      Pros

      AvantGuard is a company that values culture very highly. They work hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and valued. They also allow people to work from home for a competitive wage and they work with whatever schedule you need as most employees are college students and have wild schedules.

      Cons

      It can be easy to get disengaged at AvantGuard. If you’re not looking to meet people and enjoy the atmosphere, its easy to miss it.
