      Pros

      I love the sense of team that there is here and how we all work together and help one another to have the best work experience possible. I also love that we are there for each other to cover shifts when someone has an emergency or another obligation. Avantguard is a great place to feel that your work is valued and that your coworkers and supervisors care about you as an individual.

      Cons

      Sometimes the focus on stats gets a little excessive but that is also understandable as we need to get our subscribers the quickest help.
