      Pros

      Avantguard is a great place to work if you are a college student or have a busy schedule. They work around class schedules and second jobs. It is all around a fun place to work! They really do care about their employees. During the Covid-19 pandemic they have really taken it upon themselves to make sure most, if not all of their employees have the opportunity to work from home or to work socially distanced in the office. I have nothing but good things to say about working for Avantguard Monitoring.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say this is a con but at Avantguard punctuality is a must, other than that it still is a wonderful place to work for.
