Pros is job security. Nobody is going to chuck u out of the company if you dare to adjust with the internal politics. Safety for women and the employees who are working are mostly from Coimbatore their hometown so they are adjusting.

Cons

Everything. Heavy politics, people won't let you grow, they don't give salary at all I mean hikes.
