      Great location, nice offices. Laid back environment

      Cons

      No help from management, weak role... Nobody shares ideas. The place is never even a third full. They need more people to make it feel like a place you want to come to work. You think you have a good percentage split until you ask around.

      Pros

      Freedom. Opportunity. Fair compensation. Quick, top of the line computer equipment / platforms. Friendly work atmosphere. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and managers.

      Cons

      Independent trading is a very tough business to be successful in. Avatar (like all trading companies) can only do so much to help. Their fee structure, while consistent with industry standards, adds up quickly.
