Pros

In theory, you feel as if you may be doing something good for people that need help. Since Aveanna primarily works with Medicare patients, that means that most of the families you are trying to assist could not afford to get help without you.

Cons

You only "feel" as if you are doing a good thing since the company's profitability is directly tied to how much you can screw over LVNs or RNs working for you. You are encouraged to take advantage of situations to ensure that your office maintains a profit. This can include behavior such as: Not providing yearly raises, or giving preferred care to certain families (Tri-care primarily since they see that as the big $). Also look up how often they get sued by previous employees.
