Coming up with new applications to generate revenue in an industry that is not know for customers having much in the way of financial resources. As and Employee. Seeing how the company has grown during the seventeen years I've been here.

As a company. Too much focus on product acquisitions and new product releases, instead of on product stability and development. As and Employee. Not much career knowledge base growth or development.
