As a company. Cutting costs at the expense of customers and employees. Coming up with new applications to generate revenue in an industry that is not know for customers having much in the way of financial resources. As and Employee. Seeing how the company has grown during the seventeen years I've been here.

Cons

As a company. Too much focus on product acquisitions and new product releases, instead of on product stability and development. As and Employee. Not much career knowledge base growth or development.

I don't see any pros.

Cons

Used all the backdated technology. No chance of personal growth. The company and CEO is very greedy. They are giving lay off to lots of their full-time employee during this Covid time and hiring offshore teams from India even though the company revenue is growing. Just stay away from them.

Reasonably easy job, stable company

Cons

Predatory industry, lack of concern for field employees. Fun fact: when I started here, I was able to qualify for reduced court fees in my divorce. That's because my full time salary was far below the poverty line. I used my paycheck stub to qualify as indigent.
