We have had to make changes throughout the organization, as there have been across most companies in today's economic climate. Your opinion and voice are valued; unfortunately, you had a poor experience. Nice team to work with, at least most of the time, company provides good benefits, HR team takes care of improving the benefits year over year

Cons

Company is way too fragmented across several teams and lack of communication is a default If you want to come here be aware that chances to get bonus are 40% or even less, company loves to retain bonus or just say informally that bonus metrics were not achieved for XYZ reason Company highly depends on inmate population, so if people do not steal you do not get a job, amount of money company can charge to inmate is capped and that cap is going down so company is constantly trying to save money, so at some point you will become the next number to cut back
