Pros
The company-provided snacks are nice I suppose, but I’d rather make a living wage and be treated like a human with a brain.
Cons
Terrible pay, no raises, no bonuses, worthless medical benefits, no promotions or opportunities for advancement unless you have inside connections and/or are sleeping with one of the higher-ups, completely incompetent management, company is incredibly sexist and misogynistic in both pay gap and treatment, employees are seen as disposable, absolutely zero reward for hard work, dedication, loyalty, accuracy or competence, hostile and toxic work environment, managers use their position of power to take sexual liberties with their underlings, everyone is expected to do the jobs of multiple people for minimal pay, upper management completely ignores every suggestion and solution that actually makes sense, they entirely discount any and all employee input, and employees are effectively silenced of any complaints through covert threats. I have personally observed abusive and illegal actions from upper management and frankly, if the world were fair and just, they would have multiple lawsuits on their hands from many current and former employees.
