      Good salary, nice new, ergonomic building in the Netherlands Diversity in cultures Open office culture and low hierarchical structure Good work/home balance with some degree to influence your personal life

      Non-stop reorganisation and "realignment" - people are assigned new jobs for which they do not have the experience; too often, fresh graduates are tasked with leading major projects - again, limited experience and understanding of the technology makes it challenging. Typical American culture - the "noisy ones" get noticed and rise quicker through the ranks because they always have something to say
