      1. Largest collection of highly intelligent, competent individuals I've ever seen! 2. Ability to build strong employee loyalty

      Cons

      1. Despite high level of competence and individual intelligence, collective decisions _not_ equal to or more than the sum of the parts. A mystery to me! 2. Support for employees (career development, succession planning) below par. 3. Only lip service to internal mobility.

      Good amount of paid vacation days

      Cons

      Heavy strenuous workload with little pay They have actually taken steps back to technology and practices used in 2007 Management is top heavy and very lazy while being severely overpaid Have to work there for a year and a half before eligible for a meager 2% Raise Management has zero care fore employee moral HR department is a joke

      Pros

      Good working environment. They give employees tools to do the job. Easy access to technical, marketing, manager, etc. The technical department works hard to handle obstacles.

      Cons

      In the long run the fact is... you're selling stickers. In many cases my product was a commodity the customer could get locally. Some segments used interesting technology but some were just boring.
