      Here, we can learn so many things, processes, and as the part of MT program it is one privilege to be close with the top management. For those of you who are willing to learn after graduating without considering salaries, this is one good place.

      Cons

      - Very poor compensation and benefits rate. As a huge global company, they don't pay you for what you deserve. - Management only appreciate the people who are willing to do according to what they want, not what actually is needed in the actual field. Meaning, you don't need to be very smart or to be very innovative by inventing what is necessary for the actual problems, but instead you just need to do what the management says, although you may feel it as ineffective or inaccurate - Management consists of bosses, not leaders - They don't listen, they assume. - Some jobs might make your work-life balance suffered a lot, and you might be very stressful while dealing with the people
