      Good work-life balance, the company treats its employees well and is not cut-throat in its decisions. Possibility to get involved in work outside of your immediate job if you show and interest and get involved. Truly global company, not just a US company that operates outside of the US. People working in other regions definitely get to drive strategy and change.
