treat employees like infants ruthless layoffs in the name of profit typical big company...takes over smaller company and lays off most of employees, keeping the Avery lower paid, deadwood.

The pay and benefits were great. Loved the flexibility to work from home or go into the office.

Cons

It was a great job when I was single but the work load was too much for being married with kids. I was on my blackberry or computer 24/7.
