      Good balance between home and work life Competitive pay Good working conditions, clean, well maintained. Generally friendly and accepting people.

      Incredibly short term focus There tends to be a bit of turmoil and uncertainty because decisions tend to be made too quickly, resulting in lots of changes, reversals, or rework. none of the investment choices in the 401K made money last year There does not seem to be any strategic direction or long term plan.
