They do care about their employees and want to run a successful business .

Cons

Slow salary increases, but yearly raises are common. But then unfortunately health insurance cost will also increase .

Pros

Multiple areas for advancement. Long standing community involvement. Management encourages continuing education and designations. Hybrid remote schedule available after 1 year of employment. Annual reviews with management. Generous vacation and sick time. Extremely generous health benefit package. ESOP. Scheduled “fun” activities each quarter to boost morale and team building.

Cons

The parking lot gets full. It’s cold in the office. The office could be a bit cleaner. There are some negative minded co-workers.
