Pros

A lot. It really is an amazing company with a great organizational climate. Quality leadership up and down, great benefits, competitive pay, PTO/holidays, travel options, and more.

Cons

It's a great company for many reasons. Many who migrate away from it usually do so for monetary/locality/personal purposes vs. Company related reasons.

Pros

It is hard to put into words what a blessing it is to be working at ASEC. From day one I have felt like a part of the team. Everyone from the bottom to the top has been welcoming and helpful! I've never encountered such an amazing group of people that are positive, considerate, and willing. The job is rewarding and there is a great work to life balance. I enjoy coming to work! We work hard and have a blast doing it. They have a competitive compensation & benefits package, caring culture, there is flexibility, and leadership is engaged.

Cons

There are none worth mentioning.
