Pros

Good pay, used to be good bonus. A lot of overtime. Plenty of time to learn the job. Good fellow coworkers

Cons

Crap raises, management makes it clean they don't care about you. There was a inside survey and they scored 1 star out of 5 on employee feeling appreciated
