Lots of programs available for on the job training Large company with large capital budgets

Cons

Corporate Offices dominate company culture - manufacturing plants are often not considered or taken care of. Slow to change. Not enough support (engineers, project managers) at local sites. Everything is delegated down and then not followed through.
