      Pros

      Collect your check and stay quiet. Do not challenge leadership or you will be let go like many of my former colleagues.

      Cons

      Executive leadership screams at individuals during all hands. The company misleads to customers about state of development. Don’t get on the VPs or SVP or C-suite bad side . I’ve seen good people get let go. Worst part is they lie to clients about capabilities and progress in development. We need real help in development not a silence culture.

      Higher ups are out of touch with what work is being done. Pays below industry standard and years of experience.
