      Remote work. Customers were mostly very kind.

      Cons

      Discrimination. Favoritism to the point of laying off members if certain people dislike them. Training lacks heavily. Constant use of “we’ve always done it this way”. Using “at-will” employment go let people to they do not like. Lack of support from management. Do not take suggestions well. Have a lot of cliques.
