      If you want to work somewhere you punch in and punch out, this is not the company for you. A great culture but is fast paced and needs fast paced employees.

      - Just like what others say, toxic work environment, back stabbers everywhere, fear based and what others wrote I totally agree. It is run like a Russian military unit - Incompetent management. I think they are just lazy and dont know what they are doing. They dont know what people working on, They dont communicate anything down or communicate anything at all! Their management team seems do excel spreadsheet management and never talk to their underlings. It became very obvious because where I work now there is actually involved and active management, a real leadership team.
