      Release new functionality frequently, fast paced, employee perks like food in the break room and beer Friday's - Good place for someone seeking to establish their career and get experience quickly

      Lack of product/industry knowledge needed in key areas, high turnover, lack of ability to establish a strategic direction (either too many strategic goals with competing initiatives or frequent changes in them)

      Free convenience store quality food in the break room. Nice tee-shirts and other swag. Benefits and PTO are generous. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      Turnover is very high from upper management on down. The product is unstable. Direction changes frequently. Office space is cluttered, dark and gloomy. Controlled by a private equity firm.
