      Pros

      Most people have the best of intentions.

      Cons

      Cannot trust management. Some are not qualified to be in the role. Cannot keep up with industry expectations or user expectations. Zero proactive training. Zero client satisfaction. Company is at the will of a disorganized and well-removed PE.

      Incredible Culture, focus on strong communication, vision, growth, challenge and career opportunity. Fun committee, community service, wellness programs, and more. Work/life balance are awesome including flexibility to work from home when needed.

      Like any company in their teen years, we are experiencing growing pains, all with a plan to fix and improve and grow, and the executive team is very forthright with acknowledging and addressing via multiple lines of communication.
