Pros
- Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Life long friends - Great holiday party - Have good maternity and paternity leaves - If they like you, career opportunities internally are great
Cons
- Technical resources are not respected - Not great work/life balance for developers - Under staffed in every department that's not sales - Executive team doesn't understand what is actually happening, they don't listen - There's no real HR, they plan parties and that's about it - Large amount of hypocrisy within the company - you better be a "favorite" - Lower than average pay - It takes months for requests to go through management and be implemented
