Pros

Most fellow employees are great to work with. The employees genuinely care about the success of the company and the customers. Flex time and summer hours are great. Good location. Compensation and benefits are slightly above average.

Cons

Not receptive to constructive criticism or being questioned, they want Yes people. Incompetent senior management. Lost a lot of good people from the company since 2008. Can be difficult to make a name for yourself if you get pigeonholed into a role. Some people suffer from "Cendantitis." Inconsistent discipline treatment of employees by HR.

Awesome people to work w. Low starting salary but commission is easy to pile up. On holidays its only you. Doing 4 depts jobs.

Cons

Horrible hours. Esp on holidays if your low on the totem pole. Management is on you daily about sales at the counter.
