Pros
The work environment at least at the Galion Hospital is not frenzied, not stuffy, and behind the scenes fun. We are driven by patient satisfaction, opposed to volumes of rules and regulations dictating every patient interaction. While there are many different strengths, cultures, and values that people bring to the table in the organization, respect, cooperation, and happiness abound.
Cons
Pay and the cost of benefits is average at best. If you are a Politically Correct, stuffy, dry, and/or humorless individual, this is not the right place for you to work.
