Great benefits, cool workplace perks at HQ such as free lunch and beer on Fridays, nice teammates and a collaborative environment that encourages learning.

Cons

Cult-like atmosphere, personally distant and intimidating leadership starting at the CEO, no severance upon termination, no reason for termination given.
