      There is a lot of work that needs to be done quickly, some people might consider this as a con since it can often become a high pressure environment.

      Pros

      Excellent team dynamics. We solve complex problems every single day in a creative atmosphere. No two days are the same. Our work is interesting and important. We have extremely hard working, humble, brilliant, ethical leaders who care about doing the right thing. A lot of cross-functional collaboration so we are constantly learning from each other. Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Our product is bringing hope to very serious issue, our team's positive energy reflects that. Employees are respected and valued.

      Cons

      We are a start-up environment, and we have to work at a pretty fast pace. You'll need to be a motivated self-starter who does not give up easily to thrive here.
