      Pros

      Avive, really cares about their employees. Always so willing to go above and beyond for them, everyone is always friendly and willing to help. There’s always opportunity to grow and learn new skills. Really grateful to be part of such a generous company.

      Pros

      Avive is a mission-driven company and it really feels like it working here. There's a strong sense of collaboration from the top down to improve SCA outcomes. You'll see and interact with the Co-Founders/C-Suite a lot, as they are consistently in the office. We've grown a lot in the last 6-8 months, but the culture has continued to be one of friendly, supportive and hard-working people all pulling in the same direction for the greater good. It's a very refreshing place to work with a very, very bright future ahead.

      Cons

      As an early stage startup, it is very fast-paced with shifting priorities. People who are successful tend to be driven, adaptable and communicative. You'll find that the rewards greatly outweigh the challenges.

      Avive is an amazing place to work if you want to make a real impact. It's motivating to sell a product that genuinely saves lives- the conversations feel meaningful, not transactional. The Avive team is supportive, leadership is approachable, performance is recognized, and there are real opportunities to grow and take ownership.

      Cons

      With any growing company, it can feel fast-paced and processes can change quickly. You have to be flexible and adaptable!
