      Pros

      Avive has a great culture and values! I really enjoy working with collaborative co-workers. But it all starts with a wonderful leadership team!

      Cons

      It's a very long commute for me, but the Pros outweigh the Cons! (Thankfully, it is hybrid)

      Pros

      The employees are very approachable and excited about the mission. It really feels like you are a part of something that is making a positive impact and this feeling is shared. Everyone is open to collaboration and happy to answer questions, regardless of title. Haven't been part of a more positive work culture! Catered lunch on Tuesdays is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of.

      Pros

      Fun, driven, passionate vibe at work with great perks such as weekly lunches, Happy Hour Thursdays, and even Bonuses! There's definitely a strong culture present with a growing sense of pride to save lives in the work we do! I am very happy and thankful to be working here and be a part of Avive!

      Cons

      There's limited parking area, but people can car pool for incentives and Avive has bought 10 Parking lots around the corner building. It's first come basis.
