The upper management and board members have a Napoleon complex. They think this tiny company is more important then they actually are. All the PhD's love to talk down to everyone and yelling at subordinates in front of others is the norm here. I dreaded going to work here everyday. Oh, and forget about the Work / Family balance that they promise new hires.

The couple of positive reviews are likely shills. The hours here are long, the pay is poor. You are not given much chance to grow here. Many lower level engineers don't really do engineering, rather technician level assembly. If you interview here, consider the level of the offer relative to the industry average, and then turn it down.
