The company leadership is the very worst. They hire good people with a line of b/s and then continue to put more and more work on them. People wait years for a raise, There is excessive favoritism and absolutely no respect for the people who do not fall under the "favored" title. They are liars, they are users and they will take everything they can from you and when you no longer suit their agenda they will find a trumped up excuse to cut you loose.

The couple of positive reviews are likely shills. The hours here are long, the pay is poor. You are not given much chance to grow here. Many lower level engineers don't really do engineering, rather technician level assembly. If you interview here, consider the level of the offer relative to the industry average, and then turn it down.
