Pros

Coworkers look out for each other and make the days more bearable.

Cons

Owner is extremely disrespectful to employees. Mangers are too scared to speak up and HR is useless.

Pros

I like the work I do and my coworkers.

Cons

Management is terrible. They spend their days kissing up to their bosses with no effort put towards making positive change on the floor. There are constant inventory issues, blame being placed on the wrong people, and we are being condescended to on a daily basis. The CEO and COO are unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude, and the culture here has tanked significantly since I started. We were given a pay bump in 2023 from $17/hr to $19/hr, and were told this would not affect reviews, but it has. The company meeting this year was held in an active construction zone. PTO is non-existent. You earn 6 hours a month, and sick time is wrapped up in that. The list goes on. My advice: this job is good if you need somewhere to land for a couple months, but long-term you’ll be burnt-out and frustrated.
