Pros

Clean environment, good benefits, new facility, provide cleanroom clothing, shoes

Cons

Managers are confused about what needs to be done, worry about paperwork more than the product. Poor training, employees expect to know the job without sufficient training.

Pros

Nothing was good at this company

Cons

I would not recommend working at this company due to serious issues with management. My experience was negatively affected by a manager who constantly micromanaged, made a big deal out of minor mistakes, and showed clear favoritism between employees. I tried to escalate my concerns to both the Director of Materials and HR, but received no response, which made it clear that employee feedback is not taken seriously here. The environment became toxic, with no real support, transparency, or accountability from leadership. Unfortunately, I found no real pros in working for this company and chose to leave to protect my mental health and professional integrity.

Pros

-Work is simple and repetitive (Which, if that's you're thing, this is perfect. If not, then consider working elsewhere) -Hours are manageable -When there is work, the numbers they expect can typically be met. If not, they're pretty understanding of the circumstances when explained -Pay is pretty decent, but could be higher

Cons

-Training can be pretty unclear, They often pair you with someone, and sometimes this person doesn't always know what the right or wrong answer is. -Hours of no work. (We come in, and there will be no work for hours, typically caused by some sort of hold up earlier in the line.) -equipment. Either it doesn't work (typically because people don't put it in for maint.), dirty, sparse, etc. They bring in more people, but not more equipment. -Some employees not sharing or hoarding equipment when it is already scarce. -Not following certain codes like dress code. -System issues come up at the worst times -No space
