Great mission! Good work/life balance.

Cons

Terrible working culture. Leaders who don't know how to lead. The most misogynistic place I've ever worked.

Leadership is toxic You must align your thinking with those at the top or you lose your job Absolutely no psychological safety at this place

Pros

Great mission in theory. Lot's of opportunity if the right people are in place.

Cons

The executive leadership team (and the majority of the board) lacks diversity. They only hire friends at senior leadership levels. Employees are acknowledged at best but not seen, heard, empowered, or entrusted. There's so much more to share here but I'll save you the time, don't work here.
