Pros
Awana is going through some necessary and significant change in order to better serve our church partners. I'm excited about the direction we're headed and believe the changes are positioning us to reach more kids than ever. God has blessed Awana with many talented leaders and staff who serve and sacrifice because they love Jesus and care deeply about reaching ALL kids with the gospel. I love that Awana reaches over 4 million kids a week in over 119 countries in over 100 denominations! It's cool that we have such a wide reach! I love the people I get to work with each day. They are more than co-workers. They are like brothers and sisters. We have a lot of fun together and care about each other.

Like many Christian organizations who are ministering in the rapidly changing culture in the U.S., the past several years have been challenging as we adjust to this new reality.
