Pros

Competitive salary as per the market standards

Cons

Very poor work culture Volatile management. Worked under 5 managers within 15 months. Worst management I’ve ever worked under No work life balance. Managers are a big hypocrite when it comes to work life balance Don’t give a damn about their suppliers I started with a team of 5 members and they had just 2 members left in that team before I left. They never backfilled the vacant positions and kept transferring the job responsibilities to the colleagues.

Pros

Ability to work remotely. Business Partners who want to work with you, and try to make the place better.

Cons

Tribalism: there are circles you need to be in in IT if you want to grow. If you're not in that circle, you won't get the opportunities. Finding a way into the circle is impossible unless you're 'invited' in. IT is insanely understaffed, under funded, and over worked. The company will partner with least cost vendors, and then make up for schedule slippages with nights and weekends. For example, S4. The idea to grow IT is to hire recently graduated interns. They are great as a pair of hands to help manage a project. But rarely, if ever, do they hire experienced technical folks who can come in and make a difference. All of those roles they farm out in offshore AMS contracts. The technical resources, after a year or so, move on and their replacements need to be trained. If there is a strategy, it's not communicated effectively.

Cons

Pressure from management to perform under less than optimal standards, always behind schedule for various reasons but mainly manpower
