      Nothing ever changes. No room for advancement.

      Pros

      Somewhat okay pay (not competitive though). Plenty of overtime for those who want it. Management is typically nice.

      Cons

      There is no accountability for any raised issues or complaints. Management lets production get away with blatant breaks of policy and does not correct the behavior, creating more work for everyone. There is absolutely no room for advancement. Company treats contractors poorly. Tons of mandatory overtime.

      Pros

      Good pay for some. Like anywhere else there are some good people to work with.

      Cons

      Heavy turnover and limited opportunity for advancement. The organization is fractured and by design, there is conflict between groups that sell different products into similar industries. Divisions, groups, and individuals that could and should work as a team are competitive and undermine each other.
